I’m pretty sure you’ve already noticed that bomber and flight jackets make a sensational comeback this year. And the selection in stores is huge – from plain-colored, to flight jackets with prints, patches, embroideries and lacings, you’ll find almost everything you’re looking for. And I just found a very special one from Stierblut – the jacket was made for their 25th anniversary in collaboration with Alpha Industries and is limited to 25 pieces worldwide. Say whaaat!? <3

Red Leather & Snow I MBFW Berlin

( English / Deutsch )

You may think we found this „winter wonderland“ in Kitzbühel, St. Moritz or something like that, but actually it’s in the middle of Berlin. Because during MBFW Berlin, Reichert+ invited to their #leckmichamhashtag blogger breakfast at the beautiful nhow hotel in Berlin. The label Nobis created this setting for their photoshoot and we took the chance to quickly shoot my look for you.

Hidden Fringes II How I met my outfit

Hidden Fringes

(ENGLISH / DEUTSCH)

This year fringes are the must-have! Whether we’re talking about shoes, bags, necklaces, jackets, vests, shirts or skirts – everything that comes with fringes is up to date! And how do we like that? Well, I don’t know how you like it, but I think it’s great. I already showed you a fringed vest in the look „Double Denim meets 70ies“ and a fringed shirt in the look „This is summer“. And for todays look I picked up a very special fringed piece: a fringed suede cape.

“…where dreams are made of, there’s nothing you can’t do. Now you’re in New York Cologne.“ New York or Cologne – where’s the difference? Ok, although I’m badly in love with Cologne, I must confess that there might be a little difference between these two cities. Aside from the fact that Cologne (of course) is much more beautiful, New York may be a little more lively. But during the next days the gap is going to decrease. Why? Because it’s Cologne carnival! And that means streets will be crowded and there will be almost nothing you can’t do, or become – just like in New York!

Berlin (Blogger) Fashion Week II How I met my outfit

(EN/DE)

Even if you didn’t make it to Berlin this week, didn’t sit in the front row and didn’t freeze five days at a time well dressed through winter, it probably has been no problem at all, to stay up to date about what’s going on in Berlin (Thanks to Instagram!). Yes, maybe I’m a little bit jealous, cause’ I haven’t found the time, to go to Berlin, but it also has been really nice, to sit at home, no-make up, just sweatpants and spy out what’s going on in Berlin. And there was a lot going on!

#storyofmylife: Lately at H&M: It was clear from the outset that I wouldn’t stick to my intention to only buy a new bag and be home again in about one hour. The question is, why we are making these kind of plans again and again, when it never comes off. Maybe we try to give destiny a leg up!? Because honestly, the best buys happen, when we little liars vow to ourselves to quickly get into the city to only buy a specific garment. I have no idea, why it’s always like that, but when it works, I’m fine with it.

Material Mix Girl & Special Guest

Material Mix Girl & Special Guest II Photos: Jochen Schneider

(EN/DE)

Bloggers don’t like each other. They just bitch about each other behind their backs. Bloggers only look for their own profit. And if it seems as if they would like each other, it has to be fake.

Good thing not everything that people say is true. I guess this prejudice may go for some bloggers, but I’m always stunned how nice and heartily the most bloggers are, when you get to know them. A blogger, I especially have taken to my heart, is Lisa from The L Fashion. So I guess it’s clear who’s the „special guest“ today – of course it’s Lisa! But at bottom, originally I’ve been the guest. Because Lisas boyfriend (and photographer) Jochen has been so sweet, that he didn’t only take some pictures of Lisa some days ago, but also some pictures of me.

A little bit of Carrie: the tulle skirt

(EN/DE)

Have you ever thought about how it would be to be Carrie for one day or even more important to own her closet? If I had one wish and I wasn’t allowed to wish for peace but rather only for material things, I guess I would choose Carrie Bradshaws closet. By the way – who doesn’t think of Sex and the City, Cosmopolitans and shoes when hearing the name „Carrie“, must have fallen into a deep sleep during the last years. And who doesn’t know what I’m talking about when I say „Carrie“ and „tulle skirt“, needs to have a look at the Sex and the City Intro quickly.

„I like my money right where I can see it – hanging in my closet.“ Carrie Bradshaw

Leopard Prints & Jungle Drums

Leopard Print & Jungle Drums

„My heart is beating like a jungle drum.“ There are so many different pattern – checked, striped, dotted, floral pattern, snake pattern, tiger pattern… But none of them divides the minds the way the leopard pattern does. And none of them makes so many women hearts leap for joy. Either you love it or you hate it. There’s nothing in between. But there’s a fine line between top and flop.

Lazy Sunday: Wellness-Tag mit Stadt-Parfümerie Pieper

DE

The Casual - distressed jeans and white blouse II How I met my outfit

The Casual – Distressed Jeans & white Blouse

Casual Look - distressed jeans from Noisy May Lucy & white blouse from asos
Perfekt: Distressed Jeans, weiße Bluse und ein Coffee2go // perfect: distressed jeans, a white blouse and a coffee to go

(EN/DE)

Spring has finally arrived and I can’t tell how much I looked forward to wear just a jeans and a lightly shirt again at last. Get rid of the greatcoats and the warm boots. To me this outfit is the absolute casual-classic. I love jeans, especially distressed jeans, cause they always look pretty cool. That’s why I’m ok with the older generation asking me from time to time why I am wearing damaged jeans. That reminds me of a friend of mine gotten hit by an older person with a carrier bag some days ago, because her jeans were having a hole as well. First she was a little confused, but when he started to rail against her jeans she started to laugh about it. What does the story tell us? Beware of carrier bags when wearing distressed jeans.
