SUNDAY

Exactly a week ago today, the beautiful ladies Farina, Mary and Lou from Novalanalove, Fashionloveland and Somegoodspirits invited us to their second #allblogeverything event at the Flamingo Royal in Cologne. There was a lot of fashion, beauty and selfie action going on, but I’m going to tell and show you everything in detail during the next week.

MONDAY

Happy Easter! While everyone else got chocolate and colored eggs for Easter, I’ve got something really special this year: a cold! And who gave it to me? My lovely friend Sarah. Thank you so much, honey! Haha.

TUESDAY

Tuesday has been all about hankies, nose spray, chicken soup, tea and snapchat ( -> howimetmyoutfit). Check it out!

Berlin (Blogger) Fashion Week II How I met my outfit

(EN/DE)

Even if you didn’t make it to Berlin this week, didn’t sit in the front row and didn’t freeze five days at a time well dressed through winter, it probably has been no problem at all, to stay up to date about what’s going on in Berlin (Thanks to Instagram!). Yes, maybe I’m a little bit jealous, cause’ I haven’t found the time, to go to Berlin, but it also has been really nice, to sit at home, no-make up, just sweatpants and spy out what’s going on in Berlin. And there was a lot going on!

Brr… do you also think it’s too cold outside at the moment? No matter how warm I’m dressed, I start to shiver, when I’m outside for more than twenty minutes. (I wonder what the Eskimos do?) But maybe it’s because of my false expectations. I’m sitting in my warm kitchen, drinking a hot coffee, I look out of my window, the sun is shining. Conclusion: No indication of coldness. My mind pipes up: „Girl, it’s no more than end of January. It’s cold, for sure!“ Okay, I’ll dress warm, but hopefully I’m not going to sweat. For the first five minutes, I think: „Thank you so much, stupid brain, it’s not cold at all. Now I’m standing here like an idiot wearing my winter coat, winter boots, a scarf and a beanie.“ But twenty minutes later, I kind of go: „Oh, no, come on, brain! What’s wrong with you? Why didn’t you remind me of taking gloves with me? Or ski underclothing? And in general: Why do you call this sheer fabric my „winter coat“? How did I survive last winter?“

Day 14 in 2015. Coffee and chia pudding. I’m all set. A look at my to-do-list tells: there are just two things done out of more than twenty. And one of these two things is only done for the moment. Because, to be honest, „do the laundry“ disappears at least for 48 hours. I have no idea why it’s always like that, but if my hair from now on would grow as fast as my pile of washing does, I would turn into Rapunzel the day after tomorrow. And if I would be Rapunzel soon, I would be sitting in a tower and probably wouldn’t have any to-do-list (and any laundry problem either). But this idea causes a problem – where should I get a tower from that quickly? The only tower that comes to my mind is Colognes TV tower. And I guess I would have to pay a rack rent. I wonder if Rapunzel needed to pay a rent? Hopefully she had a Tangle Teezer to comb all of her hair. How high was her tower? I guess not as high as mine. Question is, if my prince will be able to save me. And do I really want to get rescued? It’s pretty cozy here with my OnePiece onesie. „Rapunzel, Rapunzel, let down your hair!“ „Splat!“ it goes and my pile of (laundry) hair hits the ground. Luckily, I’m wearing a Papanga, so I don’t get flung out of the window. My prince is carefully prepared – after drinking a green smoothie, he easily climbs up to my window. Beaming with joy he opens his hip bag and presents me with joy (… drum roll …) my to-do-list! „You forgot it at home!“, he says.

#storyofmylife: Lately at H&M: It was clear from the outset that I wouldn’t stick to my intention to only buy a new bag and be home again in about one hour. The question is, why we are making these kind of plans again and again, when it never comes off. Maybe we try to give destiny a leg up!? Because honestly, the best buys happen, when we little liars vow to ourselves to quickly get into the city to only buy a specific garment. I have no idea, why it’s always like that, but when it works, I’m fine with it.

„Don’t toy with your food.“

May I introduce: Kiwian and Kiwonne. As a child, we all learn: „You don’t toy with your food!“ But do you think it’s reprehensible to have a little fun with your food before you eat it? Cause we’re in the lucky position that we’re able to enjoy food. And so this kiwi figures Kiwian and Kiwonne made our day some time ago. And although it’ll stay my little sweet secret what really was the deal with Kiwian an Kiwonne, I can tell you: they were very delicious!

Kleiderkreisel: Update & Alternativen II How I met my outfit

Kleiderkreisel – Update & Alternativen

DE

This is the second look me and my friend Princess Leia shot on saturday. As I already told you, the two looks we did have nothing in common. You can have a look at the first one here. I know, I know, my friends name isn’t Princess Leia, her name is Sarah. But to give sense to all of that, I decided Princess Leia from now on is my new nickname for Sarah. I think she won’t like it, but hey, she’s a got a female name including a title of nobility. It could have been worse, like Jabba or something.

Childhood Sweets & #flashmob Lipsticks

Sweets. Every child loves sweets. The sweeter and the more colorful the better. When I was a child sweets truly were able to sweeten my day. And when I decided to eat sweets, I enjoyed and celebrated it – bubblegum wasn’t there to freshen your breath, chocolate bars weren’t made to snack on and if I needed a reason to eat popcorn, I didn’t had to turn on the television. Eating sweets was an activity by its own, like roller-skating and collecting ladybugs or Panini sticker. And I remember it has been one of my favorite hobbies.

Lazy Sunday: Wellness-Tag mit Stadtparfümerie Pieper

Lazy Sunday: Wellness-Tag mit Stadt-Parfümerie Pieper

DE
